HOW THE AUTOMATIC CARPET WASHING MACHINE WORKS?
The working principle of the Automatic Carpet Washing Machine, which is produced using the latest technology and first class materials, is very practical. Our fully automatic carpet washing machine, which saves labor, can easily work with a single personnel. The action to be taken by the personnel working while using the Automatic Carpet Washing Machine is to place the carpet passed through the whisking machine into the boiler located in front of the machine. The carpet, which absorbs the chemical water in the boiler, is held by the end and placed on the band. Afterwards, the only action to be taken is to press the start button.
CARPET WASHING PHASE; If the wetness of the carpet advancing on the belt after leaving the boiler is insufficient, it is wetted with water reinforcement. After wetting, it is automatically detergentsed by means of nozzles. The detergent is washed by 8 circular brushes with a diameter of 460 mm, moving to the right and left. After the circular brushes, the carpet goes under the roller brush. Since the roller brush specially made by our company is in the form of a helix, it not only washes the carpet, but also pushes the piles of hair, fluff and brushing to the left and right. Thanks to this feature of our automatic carpet washing machine, you will not have to clean the pile for hours after the carpet dries.
CARPET RINSE STAGE; The carpet, which passes through the roller brush, is rinsed with pressurized water through the nozzle. In this way, you can drop the roll-shaped carpet onto the coffee table with your hand without lifting it. You can easily push the carpet on the coffee table into the carpet wringing machine.
